Abstract

This article presents generalized information based on available literature on the botanical and morphological characteristics, ecological distribution, bioecological adaptability, and chemical composition of Astragalus nematodes Bunge, a representative of the Fabaceae family. Although the pharmacological significance of the genus Astragalus has been widely studied, research specifically focused on A. nematodes remains insufficient. Therefore, the article highlights the promising biochemical prospects of this species and emphasizes the need for further research.
